Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in preparing and maintaining documentation related to actuarial calculations, methodologies, and assumptions for IFRS17
- Prepare and ensure the Company’s actuarial assumptions and triangle for reserving purposes is compiled and liaise with Certified Actuary to get all statutory reporting within timeline
- Prepare and support the submission of all required regulatory reports : risk-based capital (RBC), Stress test, ORSA etc..
- Provide support for various ongoing initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Age 25-40 years old, Males or Females.
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in an Actuarial or related field
- Good writing and communication in English.
- Knowledge of IFRS17 accounting standard and its application to insurance contracts. Preferable experience in advanced Excel skills with VBA, SQL, R and Python programming languages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
