- Plan, manage, and oversee motor claim operations in line with company policies, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
- Male, aged 35 years or above.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or other related fields; candidates with relevant experience will be given special consideration.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in motor insurance claims, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in reviewing surveyor reports (e.g. E-Survey) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the non-life insurance business, particularly motor insurance.
- Good knowledge of insurance law, as well as regulations, rules, and notifications issued by the Insurance Registrar / Office of Insurance Commission (OIC).
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability in team management and staff development.
