Responsibility
Responsible for Non Motor Claim Recovery and the company litigation cases either a plaintiff or a defendant and ensure all lawsuits are process efficiency and comply with the company standard, laws and regulations to minimize company exposure and maximize company advantage.
- Review contract, agreement and other legal document to comply with laws and regulations applied
- Consultation on legal issues at Corporate Legal works

Qualification

BI Developer/Data Engineer in BI Team is a part of the data team who develops data and BI solutions for analytic purposes, we are working with product managers and business users to make sure our data and solutions meet the business analytic requirements. We also need to work closely with the developer team who develop products/applications in Falcon Insurance Company to make sure all important data are tracked and logged properly with quality.
- Analyzing data to recommend improvements to existing systems or processes.
- Providing support to IT staff by answering phones, processing paperwork, and responding to user requests

- Responsible for providing quality claim services to the customers to ensure quality Non Motor claims handing.
- Co-operate overall Non Motor claims activities and ensure that all outstanding claims are PA & Health reserved.
