Responsibility
1. Manage and maintain executives’ schedules effectively.
2.Receive, screen and route incoming calls/ memos/ letter/ reports/ correctly in a timely manner.
3. Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.
4. Arrange meetings, prepare agenda and related materials, including taking meeting minutes of meeting and properly follow up issues from each meeting.
5. Manage executive’s travel and coordinate related arrangement effectively.
6.Coordinate and communicate effectively both internally and externally.
7. Translation of discussions as well recorded meetings into English.
8. Understand main insurance products and terminologies, core insurance systems, reinsurance and claims.
9. Prepare reports and make initial analysis.
10. Assist in handling, and consolidating, IT procurement documents. Monthly invoicing approval management and tracking to ensure accuracy, cost effectiveness and timeliness services.
11.Perform Visa processing, timely renewal, 90 days reentry notification submission, and embassy related tasks.
12. Maintain a high level of secrecy.
13. Perform duties as assigned.
Qualification
1. Age 25-35 years old.
2. Minimum bachelor’s degree in related field.
3. 2 years’ experience in a secretary job.
4. Fluent speaking and writing in Thai and English.
