  • Job Description
  • • Create the Policy Wording & provide statistics of new product to support premium pricing to OIC.
  • • Review the Policy Wording for renew to OIC.
  • • Collect & share existing product of Falcon (Product Library) to Parties Department.
  • • Perform duties as assigned
  • Qualifications
  • • Bachelor’s Degree in business field. Insurance field is preferable
  • • 3-5 years’ experience in insurance industry, both of Commercial Line and Personal Line
  • • Professional knowledge: Insurance product, policy terms & conditions, vary source of statistics for pricing
  • • Languages capability: Good command of English (both spoken and written)
  • • Good skill on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Business Analyst
  • - Responsible for planning and developing database management with IT Dept for Outsource Telesales campaign.
  • - Ensure the accuracy of data and data inventory applying for day-to-day operation.
  • - Complete other assignment tasks which are related to distribution’s activities.
  • - Responsible for analysis report and recommendation for Outsource Telesales portfolio analysis.
  • Qualifications
  • 1. Male/Female 25-35 year old.
  • 2. Minimum of Bachelor degree in Computer science or related field.
  • 3. At least 2 years experience in Database management knowledge e.g. SQL, Oracle.
  • 4. Have data collection skills, understand user requirement and ability to write the document in easy
  • language which is understandable by user and developer.
  • 5. Some knowledge in database, system architecture, etc.
  • 6. Knowledge of full life cycle of system development including test methodology.
  • 7. Experience in business analyst for insurance industry is key advantage.

Risk Management Manager
  • Purpose of Position:
  • To carry out the Company’s risk management to achieve its strategic objectives, increase the value of the Company, and comply with the regulatory requirement.
  • Functional Roles & Responsibilities:
  • • Supporting the board and the risk committee in The Enterprise risk management (ERM) implementation; establish, review, and approval of the ERM framework, policy, and procedure;
  • • Engaging in the process of setting risk appetite, risk tolerance, risk identification, and risk measures for the various business lines and monitoring their performance relative to risk-taking and limit adherence.
  • • Monitoring of risk register, risk-taking activities and risk exposures to ensure they are in line with the risk management policy and/or strategy.
  • • Reporting the risk management performance to senior management, the risk committee, the board, and the regulator.
  • • Liaison with internal and external auditors for sharing of risk issues and supporting of audits where necessary;
  • • Providing support, education, and training to the Company’s staff to build risk awareness.
  • Qualifications:
  • • Male or Female, Thai nationality with fair to good command of English skills.
  • • Postgraduate, graduates of risk management courses, and/or courses with risk management content would be advantageous.
  • • Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in Banking, Finance, or Insurance business.
  • • Good computer skill in Office programs, and others (if any).
  • • Good analytical skills and a good eye for detail.
  • • Good communication and presentation skills.

Underwriting Assistant Manager/Manager - Health
  • • Rate/underwrite assigned accounts, ensuring that the company selects risk appropriately and achieves target levels of profitability
  • • Provide marketing and product development support by providing cost quotations, advising on product design and maintenance, providing analyses and statistics, customizing proposals
  • • Ensure all the outputs in the underwriting department are delivered on time and with good quality
  • • Provide basic administrative and clerical support to staff in the department.
  • • Provide quality clerical and administrative support to seniors and customers when requested
  • • Ensure compliance and adherence to the underwriting guidelines and service standard of the company
  • • Keep and maintain files of underwriting documents for the department
  • • Assist AVP Underwriting in ensuring the net risk retention is within the pre-set limit and attend to risk requiring reinsurance by effecting treaty cessions and/or facultative placements in accordance with guidelines laid down under the company’s risk management policy and reinsurance program
  • • Monitor and timely processing and delivery of reinsurance documents
  • • Perform duties as assigned
  • Qualifications
  • • Thai Nationality, male or female , Age 35-45 years old
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology or other medical science
  • • At least 5 years of experience in health underwriting of non-life insurance.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Good command in English (both writing and speaking)
