Assistant Manager, Account Payable
  • Functional Roles & Responsibilities:
  • • Control and implement A/P management via automation system
  • • Control fund Receipt, Payment and Cash flow
  • • Prepare regular financial reports/statements
  • • Take responsibility for the overall Finance and Accounting department.
  • • Lead and drive the Finance and Accounting department to control and deliver budgetary performance.
  • • Oversee all of the areas of the Finance department including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Billings and Project etc.
  • • Provide hands on management in the areas of accounting, reporting, tax internal control and budgeting.
  • • Ensure all work tasks and reports are correct and are produced in a timely manner.
  • • Oversee and sign off monthly reports.
  • • Coach and develop subordinates to maximize potential of the department.
  • Qualifications:
  • • Male/Female, Age 35 - 40 years old.
  • • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or any related field
  • • At least 5 years of experience in Accounting Management from Insurance industry with some experience of automation payment.
  • • Good team management, leadership and communications skill
  • • Fair command of English

Assistant Manager/Manager, Telemarketing
  • Job Description:
  • • Work with team to establish as well as develop business opportunities to both Motor & Non-motor business through existing and new business partners.
  • • Work with team to develop business model & proposal to approach potential partners to gain new business, focusing on Telemarketing and other affinity business.
  • • Coordinate and strengthen relationship with assigned business partners as well as to work with internal and external parties in executing, evaluating, determining and responding to partner’s marketing needs including handle and respond to questions, problems from business partners.
  • • Design and develop promotion, concept and conditions for sales materials, such as campaign announcement, motivation program to boost up sales.
  • • Work with team to acquire and update industry as well as competitor movement that relevant to area of responsibility.
  • Qualification
  • • Age 25 to 35, Female.
  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • • Minimum 3 years of work experience.
  • • Experience in Direct Marketing/Telemarketing business is not obliged but preferred
  • • Experience in Account Relationship Management is not obliged but preferred
  • • Experience in insurance business is required
  • • Good command of spoken and written English

Business and System Analyst (Assistant Manager)
  • Job Description:
  • • Designs new application by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow chart, DFD and related IT diagrams; studying system capabilities; writhing specifications.
  • • Improves existing systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
  • • Create detailed documentation of business systems and use needs, including workflow and business process diagram.
  • • Recommends controls by identifying problems; writhing improved procedures.
  • • Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
  • • Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • • Work with users to conduct testing to meet agreed timelines, and ensure that all tests are documented
  • • Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing helpdesk support; training users.
  • • Ensure that deliverables for assigned project/tasks are within agreed objectives & scope.
