  • • Understand and analyze business requirement to ensure the systems are in support business
  • • accountable for development activities including design, coding and ensure that all activities are performed accordingly to project objectives, technical requirements, architecture design framework and implementation timeframe
  • • Perform testing activities to assure quality of developed solution against standard requirement, technical requirement, and user requirements
  • • Able to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize tasks
  • • Develop relevant documents including application architecture and detailed technical specifications such as screen/view design, workflows, API specification and etc.
  • • Assist IT team on resolving functional or technical problems
  • • Provide system/application impact assessment and estimated development timeline

  • • Experience in insurance business is advantage
  • • Minimum of 5 years experience in IT related experience
  • • Good knowledge in SQL Database and SQL command
  • • Knowledge and skills in .NET, C#, ASP.NET
  • • Experience in Web Services, WML, HTML, XML etc.
  • • Good vendor management skills
  • • Good English skills
  • • Good organizational and time management skill.

  • Job Description:
  • • Designs new application by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow chart, DFD and related IT diagrams; studying system capabilities; writhing specifications.
  • • Improves existing systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
  • • Create detailed documentation of business systems and use needs, including workflow and business process diagram.
  • • Recommends controls by identifying problems; writhing improved procedures.
  • • Work with users to conduct testing to meet agreed timelines, and ensure that all tests are documented
  • • Ensure that deliverables for assigned project/tasks are within agreed objectives & scope.
